The purpose of collecting this information is to make contact with you, preferably, but not exclusively, by email, to share information about forthcoming concerts.  Occasionally we may also provide information on events involving other music groups.

Information is held securely by the Chairman on a database, and may be shared with other ex officio members of the club committee for legitimate purposes. It will not be shared with any other party without permission of the individual (s) concerned.
