The Dogoda Quintet was formed at the Royal Academy of Music in 2023 after all five members had previously played together as principals in the National Youth Orchestra. In January 2026 they were selected to be Tillett Debut Artists across the 26/27 and 27/28 seasons. They have already enjoyed touring wide-ranging programmes across London and the wider south of England, and Southern Scotland.

Formed at the Royal Academy of Music after playing together as principals in the National Youth Orchestra, Dogoda Quintet is fast becoming recognised as an up- and-coming ensemble of its generation of the UK chamber music scene.

Audiences hear why Franz Liszt and Erroll Garner both loved the key of D flat major and get an impression of Mozart sitting in on the Duke Ellington Orchestra’s theme tune, Take the A Train.

Hailed by Classical Music Magazine as “one of the front-runners in young chamber music groups in the UK”, the Maxwell Quartet is now fast developing a reputation as one of the leading young string quartets in the world, whose performances excite and astound audiences in major venues both in the UK and internationally.
